Manvir brings a deeply culturally inclusive lens to her work, with a special appreciation for Punjabi foods and traditions. She believes cultural foods are something to be celebrated—not changed or “fixed.” Her goal is to help clients feel proud of their food heritage while finding ways to nourish their bodies in a way that feels supportive, satisfying, and aligned with their values.
