My practice is centered on supporting individuals of all ages - children, adolescents, and adults as they work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I believe in the transformative potential within each person and am deeply committed to creating a space of trust, empathy, and compassion. I use a blend of evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Mindful Self-Compassion, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help you build resilience and gain the tools you need to create lasting, positive change in your life. A strong, supportive therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I believe that a safe, nurturing space is key to meaningful growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey - whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking greater clarity in your life. Having worked with children and adolescents as a dance teacher, I understand how movement and self-expression can be powerful tools for healing and self-awareness. This experience allows me to bring a unique, holistic perspective to my work, guiding clients toward growth in both mind and body.
