As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I take an intuitive and client-centred approach to bodywork. I completed my massage therapy training at Everest College in Thunder Bay and have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including chiropractic offices, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics throughout Toronto and Ottawa. In addition to my massage therapy training, I have experience practicing yoga, which has deepened my understanding of posture, movement, breath, and the mind-body connection. This holistic perspective complements my hands-on treatments and supports lasting improvements in comfort, mobility, and overall well-being. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, blending technical precision with intuitive awareness to create treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative. Whether you're seeking relaxation, pain relief, or improved mobility, I tailor every treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.
