As a Registered Massage Therapist and Founder of Revive Wellness Group, I'm passionate about helping people understand the connection between stress, the nervous system, and pain so they can move beyond temporary relief and create lasting change.
Revive Wellness Group is growing into a wellness company dedicated to helping people feel better beyond the massage table through hands-on care, education, and practical tools that empower people to better understand their bodies. As we continue to grow, our vision includes a team of like-minded practitioners, educational resources, a podcast, digital programs, and innovative tools designed to support long-term well-being.
