About Me: I am a fourth-year Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Ottawa, supervised by Dr. Bradley Daly. Before joining the Ottawa Centre for Resilience (OCFR), I trained in schools, community mental health, and private practice settings.

How I Can Help:
At OCFR, I provide psychological treatment and assessment services for children and adolescents. In therapy, I support youth experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural dysregulation, low self-esteem, social difficulties, complex developmental trauma, and adjustment to life transitions (e.g., parental separation). I am also experienced with working with clients with neurodevelopmental differences such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as Learning and Intellectual Disorders.
Regarding assessments, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to clarify cognitive, academic, behavioural, emotional and social functioning to provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations for supporting the youth.
My Approach:
I am always striving to maintain a safe and accepting space for children and adolescents to express their challenges and work towards their wellbeing. I take a collaborative and evidence-based approach to build on existing strengths and develop effective coping strategies with clients.
