“Kelsey was excellent! Very professional, with a comfortable bedside manner. She was clear and easy to understand regarding the approach, as well as managing expectations for followup. I went in with some moderate shoulder pain due to over working, possibly had a minor tear. I had limited mobility turning neck, and was avoiding any weightlifting/heavy work. It was a last minute booking, which was amazing to have as an option instead of waiting weeks/months. The massage was incredibly effective. I felt mobility back almost immediately after getting off the table, and only general soreness from the deeper tissue work she did. “Kelsey is fantastic! Not only is she a competent RMT, she takes the time to learn about your needs and is a practicing yoga instructor so she will show you some gentle movements/stretches/poses you can do on your own to strengthen weaker areas, etc. She has helped me out of a bind (neck to be specific) on more than one occasion. When my kids needed attention (7 & 9yo hockey players with back and leg issues respectively), Kelsey was very patient with them, talked them through what she was doing and why. They both had excellent experiences and felt so much better afterward. Oh - and she has a muscle relief bath soak that is amazing.”Lire la suiteRéduire
