À propos de Katrina

Katrina Desabrais graduated from McGill University in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and is a member of the Ordre Professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ). During her time at McGill, Katrina served as one of the team therapists for the university’s rugby team, where she developed valuable skills in sports taping and on-field injury management. She also worked as a teaching assistant for several anatomy courses, deepening her knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics of movement. Katrina has always led a very active lifestyle. Her background in competitive artistic swimming and equestrian sports inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping people recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. Her passion for movement, combined with her strong understanding of the human body, enables her to effectively assess and treat a wide range of acute injuries and chronic conditions. She continually seeks opportunities to expand her skill set and integrate new approaches into her practice. Outside of her clinical work, Katrina teaches spin classes at a local studio and is currently working toward her Pilates certification. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially running and skiing.
