I am a Registered Psychotherapist/Registered Couple & Family Therapist based in Timmins, ON specializing in couple and family therapy. Trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Sex Therapy, Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). As a therapist, I work with couples, families and individuals to help them strengthen their relationships, manage and understand emotions, and navigate difficult situations or heal from traumatic experiences.
