John is an occupational therapist who graduated from McGill University in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. He has a strong interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, with experience in wrist and hand orthotic fabrication, functional rehabilitation, and helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them. John is passionate about evidence-based practice and takes a science-driven approach to rehabilitation. He values patient education, clinical reasoning, therapeutic exercise, and personalized strategies to help clients better understand their condition and progress toward meaningful goals. He strongly believes in the importance of activation and movement, not only for physical recovery, but also for mental health, confidence, and overall well-being. With a background in fitness and high-level soccer throughout his childhood, John understands the role that movement, performance, and recovery can play in a person’s daily life. John is currently advancing his post-graduate education in specialized hand therapy, with a focus on complex hand and upper extremity cases. He hopes to continue developing his expertise in this field and eventually pursue certification as a Certified Hand Therapist. John is trilingual in Arabic, English, and French, allowing him to connect with and support a diverse range of clients in a comfortable and personalized way.
