I love my job because: I get to help improve the quality of peoples lives by helping them move better, and to be a more pain-free version of themselves. I get to help people to become able to experience more things in life. I get to help them get to a physical level that maybe they didn't think they could get to, to get them back into the sports they didn't think they could play. I get to help them lose weight and feel better about themselves, I get to empower them, teach them to know how they can manage their bodies and that health and fitness is not this crazy mystical thing that only certain people can achieve. See me if: I want to see everyone about everything ha-ha! My insatiable desire for knowledge doesn’t allow for anything else. It doesn't matter if you're an athlete with a broken 'piece', if you're just learning to run and you need guidance, or if you're someone who's been injured, and you don't feel like yourself anymore. Even if you just have a general question, please come find me. People who already work with trainers or who have in the past, if you've been frustrated with lack of progress; these are just a few of the things I’d love to and can help you with. I believe: People can take control of their bodies. That the ability to both understand and manipulate their bodies to create a better quality of life for themselves is 100% possible for anyone and everyone!
