Holly O’Hara is a Registered Massage Therapist with over six years of experience in a variety of settings, including hotel wellness centres, fitness environments, and clinical practices. Her passion for helping others began at a young age, when she discovered the joy of easing discomfort through massage while caring for her grandmother. That early experience sparked a lifelong dedication to supporting others through therapeutic touch.
