Hannah is an RP (Qualifying) student intern completing her Master of Counselling Psychology. She works with adolescents and adults, creating a grounded and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences and feel both understood and empowered. Hannah is part of our Women's Health Clinic and offers sports psychotherapy Using a collaborative and client-centred approach, Hannah supports individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and the pressures that come with striving for excellence. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen their mindset, and develop the tools needed to perform, adapt, and move forward with confidence. Practices in Ontario
