Emma Humber is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with distinction from Eastern College in June 2024, and is a member of both CMTNB and AMTNB. She chose to pursue a career in massage therapy to gain a deeper understanding of the body systems, aiming to integrate this knowledge with her passion for energy work, including Reiki and the mind-body connection. Emma has expanded her skills so far through courses in Cupping, Reflexology, foot and ankle core, and Reiki- but also provides specialized treatments for TMJ dysfunction, sports related maintenance, and lymphatic drainage. In her practice, Emma emphasizes specific work on muscles, often employing deeper pressure, and always starts with diaphragmatic breathing exercises to help disengage the sympathetic nervous system for optimal results. She values conducting thorough assessments before each treatment to fully understand her clients’ concerns and needs, allowing her to build personalized treatments for each person coming in. Beyond her massage therapy practice, Emma enjoys painting, drawing and playing music. She is passionate about the outdoors, finding any opportunity she can to hike and discover new waterfalls. An avid weight lifter, she also has a love for yoga and meditation, which complements her holistic approach to wellness as a whole.
