What began as a general naturopathic practice evolved into a focused commitment to pain care, driven by the realities of caregiving and the stories of many patients in my practice living with chronic, complex pain. These experiences have continually challenged and inspired me to find more integrative, practical, and compassionate solutions. Today, I work with people of all ages, including children, teens, adults, older adults, and caregivers. My role is to guide, connect, and advocate, offering practical, integrative strategies and coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams in Ottawa and surrounding areas. I hold a BSc in Human Kinetics (University of Ottawa), a Master’s in Acupuncture (University of Bridgeport), and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine). I contribute as a parent advisor at CHEO for the Integrative Treatment Centre and Pain Management Alliance Committee, and serve as a community advocate with Cassie + Friends, a national charity that supports children and families affected by juvenile arthritis. I bring together professional expertise and personal experience to ensure that individuals navigating pain feel supported, understood, and never alone.
