Daneen is an Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. With her background in competitive sports, massage therapy played a big role in injury prevention and pain management. She believes in figuring out the main source of pain by implementing thorough assessments. She incorporates myofascial stretching, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and Swedish massage techniques into her treatments. Daneen brings her work experience from both a multi-disciplinary clinic and a spa environment. She believes that movement is medicine and staying active is a priority in her life. She enjoys hiking with her dog, skiing, swimming, and strength training. Looking forward to meeting you!
