Chetna Puri is a dedicated and passionate osteopath and physiotherapist committed to providing personalized and holistic care to her patients. Originally from India, she gained valuable experience in physiotherapy before continuing her career in Canada, particularly in Quebec. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ), as well as the Canadian Association of Alternative Medicine (CAAM) and the Canadian Society of Massage Therapy and Complementary Alternative Medicine (CSMMAC).
Over the years, Chetna Puri has developed extensive expertise in physiotherapy and osteopathy, with an approach centered on attentive listening, a comprehensive understanding of the body, and each patient’s overall well-being. Her practice incorporates a variety of manual techniques, including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, visceral treatment, and cranial therapy. She tailors her treatments to the specific needs of each individual to promote mobility, balance, and an improved quality of life.
Her academic background reflects her commitment to continuous education and professional excellence. She earned a Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice in Toronto, Canada, in 2023, as well as a Certificate in Geriatrics from McMaster University in Ontario in 2022. She also holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from CCSU University in Meerut, India, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Jamia University in New Delhi, India, obtained in 2012.
With her international experience, diverse educational background, and passion for hands-on care, Chetna Puri brings her expertise to every patient she serves, supporting them on their journey toward lasting health, mobility, and overall well-being.
