Catherine is a bilingual physiotherapist with over 15 years of expertise with a focus in temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders. She takes a hands-on, holistic approach to care, combining manual therapy, fascia mobilization and personalized home exercise programs to support her patients throughout their health journey. Passionate about empowering individuals through education, she works collaboratively with her patients to help them understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.
Since beginning her career in 2009, Catherine has expanded her skills through extensive post-graduate training, including courses in osteopathy, manual therapy, acupuncture and and fascia release techniques. This diverse background enables her to treat TMJ issues with an integrated, whole-body perspective.
Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Ottawa University. She remains committed to ongoing professional development to better serve her clients.
