I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience helping people feel and move better. I graduated from the Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program in 2011 and have since worked in both spa and clinical settings, gaining extensive experience in a variety of techniques and client needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, recovering from a motor vehicle accident, managing chronic pain, or simply need a reset for your body and mind, I’m here to help. My treatment style blends therapeutic techniques with relaxation-based care, and I’m able to offer deep pressure when needed. Each session is fully customizable to your preferences and goals—we’ll work together to create a plan that best supports your body.
