My clinical orientation is rooted in frontline care. I’ve spent years supporting individuals through crisis, deep grief, emotional rupture, and identity disruption — from hospital rooms (psychiatry, trauma, emergency, intensive care, palliative care, medical and surgical units) to counselling clinics.
My theoretical orientation is informed by meaning-centered therapy — an evidence-based integration of narrative, person-centered, and logotherapeutic techniques — and is further grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed frameworks.
