She works to release energy blockages, promote relaxation, and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki is holistic, addressing not only physical symptoms but also emotional and spiritual well-being.
In her free time, Amanda loves to spend time with her family, play with her animals (a dog, cat, and red eared slider turtle), crafting, reading, and enjoying music.
