Aimee is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. She believes that Massage Therapy is a keystone in assisting clients achieve optimal health and wellness. Her treatments are centered around technical skill, integrity, professionalism, positivity, teamwork, and integration of a variety of techniques and modalities that augment client care and success. She has been through the rehabilitative process and received care from her colleagues first hand as a client. She has used, believes in, and has personally benefited from the same services she now promotes as a therapist. She would like to pay the quality of service she received forward and assist in providing this care to others who are in need. She seeks to reduce pain, facilitate rehabilitative processes, and improve soft tissue function and movement so that her clients may safely meet their goals while elevating their overall wellness
