“Zara was wonderful and well knowledged! My only hiccup came when i arrived at the house and noone answered the buzzer after 4 rings. When I was let in ,i was told by whomever ran back up the stairs to go down stairs which I barely heard. So...( There was no greeting) Zara herself is wonderful and well knowledged. “I got my ears double pierced for the first time at Zara Spa and it was honestly such a great experience. It was my first time ever getting my ears pierced, and she really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. She was very, very professional and explained everything clearly like what to expect, how to clean it, and the whole aftercare process. I didn’t feel rushed at all. DUE TO MY OWN DOING and not properly following the aftercare instructions, my ear started to reject, but when I called her she answered really quickly and even asked if I could come in right away. She took a look at my ear and was kind enough to change the earring for me, which I really appreciated. She’s honestly so kind, patient, and thorough. I would definitely come back for more piercings, and since she also does skincare and facials, I’d come back for those too. “I went in to Zara spa not knowing what to expect. I was so pleased with how beautiful and clean the whole place is. After years of visiting in-home hair salons (which are usually slightly modified rooms in the basement), I was so pleasantly surprised that this was a full sized beautifully decorated spa. Zara meticulously did my eyebrows in a way that they had never been done before, she does not change the natural shape of the brows and just helps bring out what God gave you. I then got an eyelash lift and tint, let me tell you that I was very skeptical of the whole procedure. I was like my eyelashes are going to come out almost exactly the same! Well, let me tell you that I haven’t touched my eye liner or mascara since getting the lift. My eyes feel great, I can wash my face without worrying about my eye make up, because I don’t need to wear it! Lastly, I went in to get the Zara Glam facial. Zara did an excellent job explaining every part of the process and honestly telling me which parts will be painful (and they were!), but the result is well worth it. “Zara's spa is beautiful and very clean. As you walk in she is very welcoming and professional. She has a nice waiting area and private beds while getting piercings. She is very informative and shares her knowledge with clients to keep them comfortable during the procedure. She is caring and provides numbing gel and distractions to help her clients have the best experience. The jewelry is high quality and sturdy. Zara gave us an in-depth cleaning routine with the proper solution to maintain a healthy and clean piercing. The three piercings I have gotten there have healed well, and I appreciate her expertise in appropriately placing piercings. “I was really happy with the service I got. She was such a sweet, kind, welcoming person. It was amazing her customer service. I went for my ear lobes, and I've had them pierced about 3 times and this was going to be my fourth. She was the only piercer that actually took the time to go over everything, make sure I was ready, and also explain in great detail the aftercare. The other times I had my ears infected but with her sitting with me and going over everything making sure I understood before leaving my ears are in great condition and it hasn't gotten infected. Zara doesn't rush you, she's very patient. I loved every minute being there. I would recommend for everyone to come here she has many different services.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! This place and the staff are extremely unprofessional. Even if you’re there in time they’ll take forever to assist you! I remember being late to work several times because it took Iyat and her mom (Zahraa) almost 1 hour to get my eyebrows done. Even when she was working on my brows she would answer the phone or work on other clients and then come back to me. That’s the main reason why I stopped going there. They have 0 respect of your time. Two days ago my sister went to get their famous diamond facial. I warned her not go unless she had all her day off because it would probably take her a good 4 hours. She ended up going and came back with burnt patches all over her face. She was in so much pain and her skin was extremely irritated with first degree burns. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. When she contacted them they blamed it on her “sensitive skin”. My sister couldn’t go to work for 2 days and had to get antibiotic ointments. Her whole face was in pain and looked hideous. After two days she went back to show them the burns on the skin, and Zahraa was extremely rude and kicked her out of the place. She got upset because my sister hadn’t book an appointment. Their “secretary Amy” had told her that she could go any time during business hours without an appointment. Don’t get fooled by the amount of good reviews this salon has. They’re all fake. She offers free services to those who rate, write a reviews and post them on social media. My issue with them was their time management and the ridiculously long time that they’d make me wait before and during the service. Im a very unproblematic person so I never complained because I didn’t want to be rude, but after the way she treated my sister today and how disrespectful she was, none of us is ever going back to that place. “I had a great first visit here. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted and was so happy with the outcome! Iyat took her time with me and made me feel very welcome. I’m usually nervous to get my eyebrows done at new places because I’m afraid of over plucking but she stayed with my natural shape and made them more even. She also recommended her oil blend she sells so I bought a bottle to use on my lashes and brows. I can’t wait for my next visit and definitely recommend to others!”Lire la suiteRéduire
