“You found it! You're looking for Orthodontic, (in my case a young teenager), go there! As simple as that. Price was in the average (even on the lower side then few others) and quality of the people and place is awesome. They made everything simple for us. “I was referred to YUL Smile by my dentist, who spoke very highly of the clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. In 2025, I underwent wisdom teeth surgery performed by Dr. Nadia Rizkallah. Months after the procedure, I still had not regained feeling in parts of my cheek and mouth. After several follow-ups, I was informed that the nerve damage was permanent and that I would not recover sensation. I was told I should be grateful it wasn’t worse. When I raised concerns, the clinic stated that I had signed a consent form acknowledging the risks. However, I had no recollection of signing such a document at the time of surgery. I later learned that the form had been signed three years prior, and it was not reviewed with me again before the procedure. More recently, I contacted the clinic to request my medical receipts for tax purposes. I was initially sent only a receipt for a consultation. When I followed up to request the remaining documents, I received no response. Shortly afterward, my email address appeared to be blocked, as I was unable to get any further replies. Overall, my experience has been deeply disappointing, both in terms of medical care and administrative professionalism.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I told them when my daughter and I left the last appointment to make the next appointment for the same time, 3:40 PM. Not 3 PM. As I explained to them previously, 3 PM is useless because my daughter is in school at that time. It ends at 3:30 which enables me to get her to the office by 3:40. So what time did theygive us? 3 PM! Now it has to be rescheduled but guess what? They’re all booked up until month and a half AFTER her treatment is required.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Very good technically but have too many clients—makes it difficult for them to return calls and squeeze in an appointment outside of school hours for timely repair of broken braces coinciding with missed appointment due to sudden cold/flu. “I’ve been seeing Dr. Jean Rizkallah and Alexandra Alvarez for my orthodontic treatment, and I’m extremely impressed. Alexandra took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain the entire process, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. She made sure I understood every step and never rushed me, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment. Dr. Rizkallah was also very pleasant throughout my visits. Additionally, the secretary is always very welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere from the moment I walk in.
