“I took my Wonder Mom for a belated Mother's Day treat and we had deluxe manicures. Beatrice and Sasha did our nails and they were incredible! They made the whole experience such a wonderful time. We even asked is we could have shellac and there was no issue at all. I love going to the York Street Spa, but Beatrice and Sasha made it an experience to remember. Thank you!”

“At the suggestion of my wife, and as part of embracing retirement a little more thoughtfully, I booked York Street Spa’s Executive Gentleman: The Ultimate Gentleman’s Retreat and can say without hesitation that the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the front-of-house team set the tone with warmth, calm, and professionalism. They helped me navigate my way through the various treatments with ease and even organized a healthy lunch (and a quiet space to enjoy it between sessions.) A special thank you to Dorotea, who guided me through my very first pedicure and first-ever brow wax — alongside manicure services — with humour, kindness, and expertise. She made the experience incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Jason Tremblay’s (RMT) treatment was exceptional. Deeply successful and delivered with the confidence and skill of someone who clearly knows his craft. As a former endurance athlete I encourage you to book - IT Bands solved in minutes! And Marcia… wow. The facial experience was beyond anything I have experienced before. Relaxing, rejuvenating, and delivered with such care and positive energy that I walked out feeling like a completely reset human being. First, she is a true expert in hair coloring. “Expressing my appreciation for the excellent service that was provided to me last week. Michelle's expertise and skills have truly impressed me. Not only she carefully listened to my preferences, but she also provided valuable suggestions that complemented my overall look. I've received a lot of compliments since then. Michelle, you are talented! I was booked initially to a different salon, but it got canceled that day 15 minutes before my appointment -- yes very unprofessional. So, i looked for a nearby salon and Michelle was friendly and welcoming. I must admit I was quite embarrassed to come in and ask to accommodate a last-minute appointment for full highlights. I was impressed by Michelle's professionalism and attention to detail for the duration of my appointment. She ensured that I was comfortable at all times.
