“I’ve had such a great experience with this clinic, especially with Chandler. I went into my first appointment in so much pain, overwhelmed, barely sleeping, and honestly close to tears. Chandler took the time to listen, properly assess what was going on, and actually gave me answers. Having a diagnosis and feeling validated was such a huge relief. He is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He always makes me feel comfortable during appointments and explains things in a way that makes sense without making you feel overwhelmed. One treatment that has made a huge difference for me is the electrical stimulation with the needles (I don't know the name) but it provided immediate relief and has really helped calm everything down. He also does this thing where he rocks my head side to side. I don't know how to describe it, again, but he's basically a modern day witch doctor or something! He also gives exercises that are realistic and actually helpful. Obviously I'd been doing my own googling for weeks and basically became overwhelmed with the amount of information so it's been really nice to have him give me a clear, effective path forward. He went above and beyond by helping me write a letter for my insurance for an ergonomic chair for work. Even though insurance didn’t end up covering it, I really appreciated the extra effort and support. I’m now dealing with some shoulder issues too, and although I’m not done my recovery journey yet, I feel really confident having Chandler help me through this next phase. This clinic was recommended to me by my boyfriend and we’ve both had great experiences. Great vibes all around, including the lady who I pay at the desk. “For at least two years now I have been going to Williams Chiropractic Health & Performance Centre . It's when I stopped going last fall during my busy season is when sciatica hit me. Yesterday, I decided to add deep tissue massage to my chiro/physio/accunpuncture routine. Turns out, I'm a mess. 😆 I've had deep tissue before, I was married to a massage therapist, and it was extremely effective as much as it was extremely uncomfortable to go through. But I must say this clinic is the most professional, understanding and caring Clinic I've ever been to. They take the time to really understand your needs and work with you through your pain. Their empathy added with a little bit of comedic sarcasm keep your spirits going. It's because of Matt and Sarah and Natasha that I'm able to get back on my feet and get back to work as quickly as I have. I simply need to keep up the regular routine regardless of how busy I am. “I have been receiving physio care from Jake Best and I highly recommend him and this facility.He is knowledgeable, updates his training and additional certifications in speciality areas and is empathetic to the total needs of the patient. “I have been seeing Kathy for physio for over a year for regular treatment due to various types work related injures from 20yrs of working physical jobs that cause me many forms of pain (Shoulder, knee, back, neck) Her experience and knowledge has been able to treat any and all issue’s I’ve had. I have also received treatments from Jake at the clinic. He is very experienced, extremely knowledgeable and has a real passion for helping people.
