“I've been going to West Spa for all of my self-care needs, and I can't recommend it enough! Maryam is absolutely the best—she's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which always makes every appointment such a great experience. The spa is spotless, relaxing, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. “Honestly phenomenal experience. I dont know why I didn't go before!! I got the west spa pedi. First pedicure ever and it was an unforgettable one. Everyone made me feel like a princess. The pedicure chairs also have a massage option so you can fully relax. People always check in to see if you need anything and if you want more refreshments. I then got a wonderful shellac mani from Angy! Great work! She was so warm and friendly and kept reminding me to enjoy the pampering any time i expressed i felt like i was too indecisive and worried about making her work harder. I want to give a huge shoutout to Angie at reception. Honestly a true gem! She gave such amazing service and was so warm and welcoming, that I wanted to spend all day there just to be around her. “Updated review: Owner Nathalie, is very responsive and took my feedback seriously. On her request I decided to give the spa another try, and my experience was much better this time. My treatment was provided by Anik, who was professional, attentive, and ensured that I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The service quality was noticeably improved, and I appreciated the care and attention she provided throughout the appointment. Original review: “This was my first facial experience at this spa, and honestly, I expected much better service. At the time of booking, the session was advertised as 90 minutes, but the actual treatment lasted only about 50 minutes and even started 20 minutes late. “This would be my second time coming to West spa for my prenatal massage at 35 weeks pregnant And I had a really great experience both times. Both times I came to see Tania and she was great, which is why I decided to book again for the second time. I love her touch and you can tell she’s experienced in what she does. She gives a great Swedish and prenatal massage. I’m really hoping to see her once more before giving birth and I plan to continue to see her after.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I received a massage here on May 13. It was easily the worst massage I've ever received. As someone who works in this industry, I know the red flags in a massage. I complained to the front desk, explained everything that went wrong. I was still charged 100%. 2 weeks later, no one has called me. After 2 weeks of thinking about it, what I experienced in this facility becomes more and more concerning each day. The therapist was extremely aggressive with me, at times, the table was shaking. I specifically asked that my feet are not touched. She massaged my feet even though I pulled away twice. At the end, she giggled and asked "did you realize i massaged your feet".... Not once did I receive a check in regarding pressure or how I was feeling. I had to tell her myself to adjust the pressure even though my body language should've been the hint (holding my breath, even gasping at times from sharp pressure) A car alarm was going off for a good 10 minutes. She was extremely rough on my inner thigh, which is a sensitive area. She massaged way too low on my chest, touching places that should not be touched in a massage. She even went high enough to choke me at times. I felt her fingernails on my glutes. The list goes on, I didn't feel relaxed at all. The front desk was no help. I wouldn't have taken the steps of writing this review if I had received a call or an apology from the facility but unfortunately, that was not done.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Juliet is an absolute gem! She takes her time and really focuses on what your body needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job every single massage is thorough, effective, and consistent. She never rushes or phones it in. “I booked my first massage with Noor and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She is so sweet and gentle. She really took the time to understand where I was holding tension and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. She also made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does, which for me makes a huge difference.
