“All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is they haven't had the cold water working on their water jug I think since maybe 2024 at some point.. If you like cold water while exercising/ rehab like I do. ( especially in the summer ) You will need to bring your own. That has been very disappointing.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My boyfriend was in the hospital and got referred it see a physiotherapist because he couldn’t even walk. So I called to book and explained to the receptionist he was in a lot of pain and needed the earliest app avaible, she told me the next day she could get him in. When my boyfriend painfully struggled to get out of bed to go to his appoitment, he finally got there and she all nonchalant it was for the next day. It’s really disappointing because it took him awhile to even get out of bed due to pain and to be turned away because someone’s lack of orginaztion is frustrating.
