“Called to book an eye exam, no answer. I also sent a request through their website to have someone contact me for an appointment and received nothing. The website says they will get back to me within 3 days and I have received nothing. I requested an appointment over a month ago and again a week ago .. why have the option if the staff isn't going to pay attention to the requests.”

“As I have stated with the Miramichi location, I find it very unfortunate that you do not even have one evening of extended hours in your hours of service for those unfortunate people who have to work to pay our bills. Like seriously, opening up on a Saturday or stay open until 9 pm 1 or 2 nights a week would be a more Customer Service oriented business in my opinion. And I would drive 1 HR to get to your locations either way too.”

“Was not very impressed with our service unfortunately, there was a mistake made in my sons glasses and no one contacted us to let us know there were issues we waiting a month for his glasses. There was no apology for the delay, we just got a finally they arrived. Then we go home and notice his lens is not even in properly.”

“Not very impressed with how I was treated by the head optician. I have a white card with optical coverage and am on disability. She could not get through to Fredericton to verify my coverage and became quite frustrated. I had to ask to try glasses on after she became frustrated. Just because I have a white card doesn't mean I deserve any less respect than anyone else. The young lady that helped me was very kind and respectful. The other woman was most certainly not. I would recommend that anyone with a white card go elsewhere. I won't be back to Vogue Optical Bathurst anytime soon. Disrespect equals no money spent at that business.”
