“The eye exam was good, reasonably priced. Buying glasses here was a mistake. The were running a promotion when I ordered my glasses: Buy a pair of glasses, get $180 off contact lenses. Sounds great! I ordered my glasses and was informed as soon as the transaction went through that they would take up to a month to be ready. I've never waited more than two weeks in my 22 years of wearing glasses. Really poor behaviour to offer that information only after they have the money. I almost cancelled the order right then. I was relieved when my glasses were ready in about a week. So, I held off on writing this review then. I picked up sample contacts at the same time as my new glasses. A couple of months went by and I realize I'd forgotten to go and actually buy contacts. When I tried to place the order, they wouldn't let me pay right there, they asked to call me for payment, I told them I'd just come back tomorrow. I came back, and they informed me that they will not honour the promotional discount because it was only valid for one month. I don't remember if they ever told me that, they certainly might have. I was in the end-of-semester-panic-haze. What is the reason for the expiration of a discount? I already spent $1400 with them on glasses and they refuse me this? It's creepy. It feels like they're trying to trick you out of as much money as possible.”Lire la suiteRéduire

After speaking to Manel I went to Optique Le Cartier I had the best service and great exam for my eyes and vision. “I recently went to Optique Cartier and I was truly impressed with Julia's professionalism. After only a few minutes, she had found the perfect glasses for me. Her attention to detail during both appointments was remarkable! She is respectful, friendly and what I appreciated most about Julia was her sense of humour and her smile throughout the process. “This team is really the best of the best! I went in for an eye exam and new glasses, and I had an amazing experience at Optique Le Cartier. I felt extremely well taken care of by everyone throughout the whole process. I had my eye exam with Nicolas and he was extremely kind, professional, and patient with me. Even though I was *that* annoying person with a million questions, he was so attentive and took everything I said seriously. Not to mention I left there with the most accurate eye prescription I've ever had! The manager Julia was so helpful in finding me a new pair of frames. I felt that she really listened and understood what I was looking for, and also had a great sense of what would look good on me. I normally would feel self conscious trying on glasses, but she was so kind and patient and made me feel very comfortable. “It’s a 20/10 for me🤩I accidentally sat on my glasses last night and they were unwearable. I came here and the staffs are very kind and approachable.
