“I came to Visique twice and both times was served by the manager Djibril who is such a lovely human being. He has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful and patient in helping me find a pair of frames I liked. He gave me about 14 pairs to try and didnt make me feel rushed or pressured at all, instead he took his time to make sure I found a pair I liked. “Welcoming and exceptionally helpful staff. Special appreciation for the attentive and diligent service by the lady with glasses, she was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. Came in browsing for frames, dropping by all glasses stores in the area and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Staff combed through the entire stock to find things that meet my needs and contributed great opinions along the way. “This place is incredibly unprofessional. The optometrist canceled my appointment twice within 40 minutes of the appointment time. This was also in the late afternoon and they waited until after 2pm to tell me. I had taken the day off work to see her and really needed to see her. I waited weeks twice… just to have it canceled within the hour. The staff were completely rude and made me feel like I caused this somehow. “Update: I called them today for them to send me my prescription for my new optometrist to analyse. Like always, horrible service from the start, had to talk to 3 people and I still have not reveived anything. They told me a maximum of 5 minutes. All of these reiews are fake. These people do not know what good or even decent service is. Horrible service, we called two months ago for contact lenses. The person in charge who does not even try to speak English advised us that he will call us back. Now, they tell me that for me to get a new pair, i will have to get an appointment since my prescription is already expired. However, it was not expired when we first called two months ago. From my first visit, I noticed how money hungry they are and how poor their customer service is. I declined the new appointment and will go somewhere else.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life - and this is the best experience looking for glasses I ever had! I am so grateful for the Visique team, they saved me. They REALLY care and it sets them apart. I only just got home and I’ve already recommended them to a friend. Here’s the story: My glasses literally split into 2 pieces. I called around to a bunch of different optometrists and because of my high astigmatism I was told I couldn’t get a replacement for 2-3 weeks. I called Visique and they assured me they could help - and they did! They found a frame they put my old lenses into so I have something to wear until my new pair is ready. The optometrist was also fantastic. I’m very light sensitive and she was very careful about it. She also gave me some great insight about ways I can find relief for my dry and light-sensitive eyes.
