“I went to taken an eye exam so i could update my prescription and order contacts, but after the test they told me they don’t give out prescription for contact lenses, but i could order lenses through them… meaning, they didn’t want me to order contacts elsewhere. They gave me my glasses prescription, but them trying to gatekeep my contact lens prescription when I literally paid $120 for the eye exam didn’t feel right. I have been given this information at my previous optometrist in BC, so I am still using my old lenses prescription, defeating the whole purpose of me coming in the first place. “Blown away by the awesome service and quality of products. I honestly can't find a single fault with my experience. The whole team had an old school client service style that is very hard to find these days. At every level, they gave me their undivided attention and did not rush me, and they even bent over backwards to expedite my glasses so that I could have them before leaving on vacation. Great customer service, insightful and warm personalities and glasses options diverse and accommodating to different styles and faces. “I had an excellent experience with Uvée - Optométriste de Quartier! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the optometrist provided me with top-notch care and attention. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a thorough eye exam, explaining everything along the way. The selection of frames and lenses was impressive, and the staff helped me choose the perfect pair. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care I received from Uvée - Optométriste de Quartier. “Great, friendly service. No post-exam eyewear buying pressure. If you do end up buying some glasses, however, you'll be treated to comprehensive assistance. She'll help you pick out frames, lenses, and, upon delivery, will tune and lightly reshape them to perfectly fit your head. “By far, the best optometrists I've ever encountered. Never before had I done optometry tests that were at once fast, efficient and comprehensive. There were even some tests performed that are usually charged extra at other optometrists that was included within the price of your normal evaluation. As for the frames, like every other reviewer here, I was pleasantly surprised to see that their entire selection of frames is eco responsible using materials such as bio acetate, offering contact lens recycling programs and so much more.
