“Dr. Maher Masri extracted my wisdom tooth yesterday and did an excellent job. He was calm, professional, and made me feel at ease despite my nervousness. He’s also our family dentist for both of my daughters since 2022, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The assistant and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. “takes late notice appointments but that's the only positive. it seemed like all they were trying to do was be finished with the job & seemed to disregard the problems I was mentioning to them. now I have to go to yet another doctor because this one couldn't take what I said seriously & I have been suffering for the past week and a half with pus coming out of my tooth.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Went with 5 day severe tooth pain, said your teeth are ok. The dentist kept mumbling super low could not understand what he was talking about. Had to ask him to speak louder 3 times. 2 days later went to another dentist cause pain was unbearable non stop. Am now on antibiotics......very incompetent and uncaring. “This is my first rating in my life .I never give rating but this place the staff go's above and beyond. My wife was a nervous wreck the way how they talk to her was very professional then she felt a ease .Dr Maher masri did a procedure that was very complex she didn't fill any pain .I give my hat to Dr Maher material.he was very professional he knows how to talked to you in a beautiful manner way. The best part of Dr Maher masri he does not look at you with dollar sign he looks at you as a human being. We need more people like them. “I was recently refered to this dental clinic by a dentist in NDG after my nephew broke the composite bonding on his front tooth. I found the receptionist on the phone to be a little curt but dismissed it as just someone having a bad day. I called on a Thursday but they were booked going in to the weekend but made the emergency appointment for Minday morning. I was told to call if I was to cancel. I show up at the dental clinic Monday morning and was rudely lectured by the receptionist because she tried to confirm the appointment Sunday evening from a NON DESCRIPT phone number and no one answered. Really not very polite the chubby little brunette autocrat. The dental hygienist Monica was great, very kind, so was the Dentist Dr. Cote ( both polite, helpful, efficient, professional) I can not say enough good things about the quality of their service. The only negative, the two receptionists in the middle up front. Only reason I dont give 5 stars and wouldnt come back.
