“Amanda Dufour at Transcend Wellness Studio is the only RMT I will go to. She always gives the perfect therapeutic massage. Not too much pressure and not too little. I occasionally get soreness in the neck and lower back due to sitting in an office chair 8 hours a day. She has really helped me with my posture and with pain and stiffness relief.
