“This is my go to place for skin care but my last few appointments have not been as professional and well done as I usually have experienced. “I called this clinic to ask a very simple question about a treatment that I already receive in my home country. I wasn’t looking for medical advice or a treatment plan, I only wanted to know whether the procedure they offer is considered more invasive or less invasive compared to their other options. The receptionist repeatedly told me that I would need to book a consultation, which I understand. However, when I explained that my esthetician abroad had already recommended the treatment and I was only looking for basic information, she kept interrupting me and repeating the same response instead of listening to my question. I even asked if someone from the clinical team could get back to me by phone or message when available, but she continued to repeat herself in what felt like a dismissive and irritated manner. The estheticians may be excellent, and I cannot comment on the quality of their treatments, but my experience with the receptionist was disappointing and unprofessional. Customer service is often the first impression of a business, and unfortunately this interaction did not leave a positive one.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My first time at this location was to have my first session removing a tattoo on my inner arm. I was helped by Haylee and Shauna and they were amazing! They explained everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. They also kept checking in on my during my session in case I was in too much pain. They explained my healing process and were just very attentive and communicative overall! (Plus I found out that for a small tattoo removal, each session is around $150 which is so much more affordable than other places I've researched.) I recommend Haylee and Shauna if available! (and everyone in general: I was asked if I needed water, was smiled at in passing, and the front desk staff was kind too.) Great experience :)”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Unfortunately I missed up my appointment date-I felt is was for today and showed up for the classic manicure. How lucky was I that they could take a walk in at short notice. The technician Julia was very pleasant and did a great job on my nails. The whole experience was very relaxing-very impressed with the clean and serene business.
