“Booked last minute as I was unable to get in at my usual place and was feeling sore. I initially felt that the clinic was messy and cluttered, it didn't promote relaxation from the moment I walked in. I found the massage therapist to have poor bedside manner, very rough and constantly coughing/ clearing throat, not gentle when moving legs and arms or the sheets around body. He also asked me to turn over under a heavy blanket without holding it up like they typically would, which was hard to do. The room was pitch black and the music was irritating. The oil used felt extremely greasy and gross. He did not ask if I was okay with it in my hair and massaged my scalp, I have never had anyone do that without asking if it's ok to put oil in my hair first. When I finished my massage the base sheet was coming off the bed and exposing the foam, not a great look. Wouldn't go back.”

“I’ve been coming here for osteopathy for about a month and Brad is fantastic! He’s great to talk to during the massage, he’s very good with his hands and applies just the right amount of pressure. You also have to option to have a silent appointment, which is a nice thing to have. I had him recommended by a coworker as I bruised my ankle bone over a year ago and it’s not healing as fast as I’d like. I definitely see a difference in my pain now. It’s worth the trip here, it’s a very clean, quiet and comfortable place.”
