“Do not purchase iPhone from jurong point istudio . They force you buy the ComCare package and keep say is a must buy and take my phone anyhow top up grab pay and confirm the transaction when he say got only few cents processing fee for installment plan in end is $58 . Then I ask him he say is like that no choice . I asked for refund he die die don’t give in end he process the refund and now end up short of $10 and he say is bank charges no refund . then end up I got $100 in grab app cannot be refund back to my card . Force to order transport or food ? Very scary . do not purchase anything from istudio jurong point. If you want go for shopee or other mobile company . “Love this place! Dr. John always knows how to fix me up naturally. He is definitely a magic man in my eyes. He has fixed my neck issues, my anxiety issues and anything else that gives me grief along the way. Staff are very pleasant and they take Canada Life insurance with no issues. “Rescheduled my appointment from Saturday to a weekday (due to long waiting time), but still had to wait over 30 minutes despite having a booking. It seems walk-in was prioritized while I waited. Only recommend if you have whole day and don’t mind waiting.”
