“I have had a great experience at this gym over the past year. It is such a welcoming place, and the complete opposite of toxic gym culture. Also very inclusive with respect to orientation, disability, age, gender identity, race. “Want a gym space to work out in without feeling crowded, judged, or battling for machine time? Come here!! Super friendly, clean, great availability and super nice trainers. Never too busy and honestly for the value of what they charge they cannot be bested. If you need occasional personal training and classes mixed in with a very quiet and relaxed gym available to you most hours this gym is for you.
