“I was in a lot of pain and needed a next day booking. They had plenty of availability between morning and evening. I had the lovely opportunity to have Elaine as my massage therapist for deep tissue. She was communicative, attentive, as well as very fluid with her work. I fell asleep half way through, and woke up gently to the cool down ending. Hot towels were a great sensation to bring you back to reality and to wipe the oil off. “This lovely spa is a clean and serene place, and a great addition to my neighbourhood. My 1-hour reflexology session with Mark.began with a neck, shoulder and back massage, followed by the foot, ankle and lower leg massage. The entire experience was awesome - so very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable, I could have fallen asleep in the comfortable chair. “I recently arrived in Montreal and had back pain and I was lucky enough to receive a massage from the owner of the spa who is so knowledgeable and seems like a nice person. The massage was excellent, the pressure was deep enough for me (I had a mix of Swedish massage and Asian style) and I would not hesitate to book again here. “Highly recommended. Do not hesitate to book a massage here. I liked that they had a heater and table warmer in the room and the massage gel they used did not leave my skin feeling greasy (the therapist also offered to wipe me down with a moist towel after the massage). “I am very picky when it comes to where I receive my massages as I am a massage therapist as well and coming from another province I was not sure what to expect in Quebec. Well I had an amazing massage and I highly recommend the place. My massage was with Marc and he has so much good energy. I also couldn't believe how clean the space was and there is even a humidifier in the place, even the bathroom! “My daughter and I highly recommend this new Spa-MiK in Westmount. It is friendly, neet, super professional. I had amazing experiences every visit but I would highly recommend Fiona, especially for a deep tissue massage. My daughter who is constantly moving didn’t want the 90 minute session to be over!
