“I am not going back. Pre-Covid, this place was wonderful. Calming music was played. You were provided with a locker, a robe and a pleasant area to have a refreshment after your massage. Treatments began on time and you got what you paid for. Last week I arrived early only to wait for the therapist to finally come and get me. I had to leave my clothes on a stool in the treatment room rather than a locker. We began over 20 minutes later than we were supposed to and for the first 15 minutes or so we were disturbed by the loud conversation going on in the treatment room close by. i was charged for the full 90 minutes and received much less than that.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Went for Brasilian / half leg / armpit wax. Terrible experience. I told the person who took care of me that it was one of my first time, she was not delicate at all. Constantly exhaling/sighing like it was a burden to be there. Almost getting mad at me cause I wasn't holding my skin tight/good enough. On top of that, nothing is even smooth. Missed a bunch of hair everywhere. I had to redo some parts myself. Last time I went a couple years ago, a different person took care of me, she had me covered, told me to keep my underwear on and worked around it very professionally. I don't know if they changed protocole or if it depends on the person working on you, but this time, the other lady had me completely naked from the waist down, legs spread in different very uncomfortable positions (with a bunch of sigh/exhale while working) AND still a bunch of hair at the end of the session... I went back cause my first experience a while back was very good, but 2023, would definitely not recommend.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Made an appointment on my lunchbreak thinking they would respect the hours. Arrive on time, sit for 15 mins then ask and they tell me it'll be another 30 mins wait. Don't come here there are better places elsewhere👍”

“Ill start off by saying that I’ve personally been a client to the spa once and Joanie was great, so much so that I recommended the spa to my sister and advised in advance that she was plus size- they said “not to worry we are very professional and size does not matter”. However I’m truly disgusted and disappointed by the treatment she received from Nataliya P and other staff members. From the constant comments about her size to overcharging her for the same service I received just two days prior- this place is a disgrace. As an esthetician it’s your responsibility to disclose whether you can or cannot perform certain services and also disclose any additional pricing. Instead she received a botched up service accompanied with rude comments about her size DURING and AFTER the service. When questioning the pricing that was significantly higher than what I was charged previously, they came up with a bunch of excuses and were extremely hostile towards my sister. If your business charges extra for plus size clients then just say so - However there is no excuse for the discrimination and embarrassment you caused my sister.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The worse massage I have ever had! Told the masseuse, Diane Moris (?) that I'd like more pressure and she requested an extra $10 for that. In the end, I felt like someone was patting on my back for an hour. It was appalling!”
