“My experience at Southwest Specialty Group was awesome! I was having issues with my insurance regarding coverage of my procedure and Melissa at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating in dealing with them to ensure I got the most covered. Dr. Tsourounakis performed my gum surgery and I felt very comfortable the entire time. He checked in multiple times throughout the surgery to make sure I was feeling and doing okay and the process was very quick and painless. I would definitely come back here for future procedures and recommend to friends and family.”

“We had an appointment with Dr. Viquez to assess my husband's teeth and to be provided with a treatment plan for some fairly major reconstruction. My husband went in and had molds made and pictures taken, etc and we paid for this service. Once the assessment was done he was offered two treatment options to pick from, which were to be sent to us by email. After two weeks of waiting for an email, we called and reminded them. They said they would send the email. After waiting another two weeks we called again. They said they would send the email. We waited another week and called again as we still did not receive the email. After another week we called again. This time they said they would call us when the email was sent. They called a few days later to tell us that Dr. Viquez would soon send an email. I asked them to call us back that day to state when they would email the plan. That was another week ago. We paid a lot of money for this plan that they are too irresponsible and unprofessional to send. If they are this irresponsible with sending a simple email, which they were paid to send, I don't know how trustworthy they would be with major reconstructive dental work.”

“I needed to have two implants installed. I was reffered by my dentist to the Southwest Specialty Group. Dr. John Tsourounakis took care of my needs. Very professional, hardworking, and a genuine caregiver makes him stand out above all the other dentists (periodontists) I have dealt with. His work was very meticulous and he will not settle for less than excellent. I highly recommend to see him if you need a periodontist. The whole process I didn't feel a thing, just like he explained. Great job! A wealth and abundance of knowledge. I will be seeing you in the future for my next couple implants!”
