“Clinic lost a full set of my xrays immediately after taking them, was asked to take a second set on the same day (double radiation), left with unanswered questions. Dentist refused to answer basic questions. My husband and I will unlikely want to go back. I ordered a cleaning, but they will upgrade you to exam and cleaning. I find them more motivated by their pocketbooks based on how they recommend lots of procedures without a single sentence explaining them, over prioritizing honest client care. She kept repeating I needed to get things done, rather than explaining what’s wrong. So therefore, it feels very pushy and reprimanding than helpful.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Called for an appointment ahead of time. Receptionist confirmed that I am booked for March 21st. I arrive only to be told that there is no appointment. Apparently I was sent a text that I never received and instead of calling me to confirm, they just canceled my appointment. Now I have to go out of my way and take time off work to accommodate the fact that the receptionist is incompetent and cannot own up to a mistake.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Bad communication, dismissive, did not own up to their mistakes or promises. -- I went to see them for a simple issue. I wasn't told much beyond that the issue might come back and it's not clear what happened (which is fair). The issue came back almost a month after. When making an appointment over the phone, I was told that since it's the same issue I wouldn't be charged for the appointment. When I returned, I had to clarify if the appointment was covered. I was told it wasn't. The receptionist aggressively tried to tell me I'm in the wrong (it was confirmed after that I wasn't). I was also told that "because I'm a new patient and they don't have my history, they don't know what is causing my problem". I ultimately left without anything done. During a follow-up call to the incident, I was told "why my issue is persisting" - a piece of info I was never told until that phone call, which is weird since during the last consultation, I was told multiple times "we don't know why this is happening" and "you should go see your original orthodontist". Overall, poor communication, dismissive, did not own up to their mistakes, and generally bad follow-up since between visits their assessments weren't the same and/or weren't able to communicate them properly.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Had to get an urgent wisdom teeth exam. They hooked me up the next day. Had full X-ray and dentist exam. Planning for extraction. All at a decent price. Highly recommend.”
