“As a person who has lived with C-PTSD, heavy menstruation, digestive problems, treatment-resistant depression, and other chronic health conditions for decades, I thought there was no hope for relief. The biomedical system had not been able to help my chronic health problems. However, after only a handful of sessions with Dr. Yoon, I am experiencing deep relief for the first time. In just two treatments, Dr. Yoon healed my very heavy, very long menstrual cycles that led to anemia. Now, I have very healthy period that lasts only 7 days and does not involve extreme bleeding. (I am very grateful for Dr. Yoon's help because heavy menstrual cycles have been a part of my relatives' menstrual experiences, and several had to have a hysterectomy because the biomedical system offered only extreme solutions.) I am also losing weight from Dr. Yoon's treatments because she has calmed my nervous system and digestive system so much that my lowered anxiety means I am not stress eating, and whatever I do eat actually gets digested so I am not relying on lots of calories for basic nutrition. Dr. Yoon has helped regulate my emotions and I am able to practice emotional regulation at an unprecedented level. I don't have extreme emotions anymore and whenever I feel any intense emotions they come and go quickly and easily. I am so grateful for my new mental health and outlook - I am experiencing life in a more connected way that encourages me to pursue even more healing through other modalities (ie. yoga, whole foods, therapy, exercise, etc.) Dr. Yoon has also healed my intense sciatic pain with their state of the art equipment. With the combination of good digestion, healthy menstruation, and calm nervous system, I am experiencing better focus, more energy, and overall increased wellbeing. Dr. Yoon is very caring and is genuinely interested in my healing. She is not interested in healing me from a place of ego, but rather from a place of sincere solidarity that carries the belief of my worthiness for wellness. Her belief in my deserving good health as an inherent human right makes me strive to care about my own health in the same way. Her care for me helps me better care for myself outside of acupuncture treatments. “I love Dr Oh,,,he is so knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have with great detail if you wish. The best thing he did for me,,besides get rid of my ongoing pain was to rid me of a lifetime of anger. Yes,,,anger...who knew that acupunture and Tui na massage could get rid of anger. I am living proof. I have had many many different kinds of treatment over the years for pain. But he is only one that got rid of this anger,,,and I didnt even know it was possible . “I have tried so many different acupuncture clinics from Korea and Toronto. This is the best acupuncture clinic. Both doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with their treatment and higly recommend them. My husband and my mom is also their patients. They also satisfied with treatment. “My experience at Siloam Acupuncture has been great! I recently went there, due to some back issues. The clinic consists of different massage and therapeutic procedures, some chiropractic and acupuncture therapy. They also do cupping!
