“I’ve never had such a thoroughly detailed dental exam as I did on my first visit! I learned things I’ve never heard from a dental perspective. Absolutely incredible staff and Dre. Larose is a breath of fresh air, perfectly bilingual, holistically oriented, offers preventative advice, is fantastic with kids, my child adores her. She is truly the kind of dentist I’ve been searching for my entire life! “They say you never truly get to know a person until you ride through some turbulence. This is what happened today with Daniele Larose and i find it was handled in a subpar manner. Let me explain. She had another dentist working at her clinic in June who worked on my 3 cavities. She botched the job needing for me to have them redone. Daniele initially refused to repair them without extra cost since she kept laying blame on her dentist but begrudgingly accepted to redo them with her fake smile as others have mentioned in the comments. Fast forward to today, i came back to do a cleaning, repair the 3rd filling that had finally fallen out due to the botched work of the previous dentist, and to repair a gap left causing food to get stuck with every single meal. She refused to take any accountability of work done by that particular dentist and wanted me to contact the ex-dentist to claw back funds paid. All i know is if i had a business with my name on the wall i would take full accountability of the type of people that i hire and work for me. I couldn't care less about paying more if it was my fault. Read the other comments and you'll see customer service quality has fallen ever since Dr. Pierre Larose retired in 2020. My family and I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 yrs paying a premium due to its Holistic nature having spent many thousands and was still looking to spend more in the future. Not anymore. “Called for a regular check up appointment at cost which included a panoramic x-ray. Since I had a panoramic x ray taken with the same dentist a week earlier (which was paid for at that time) I asked if the price for the check up can be revised so I do not have to pay for the x ray twice. It was refused so I cancelled the appointment. Due to lack of logic and fairness I will not be visiting this dentist anymore.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The clinic may have good ratings, but it definitely feels more like a business than a place focused on patient care. I booked an exam and cleaning — only got the exam. Prices are on the higher end, and despite clearly saying I’d call back when ready, they’ve called me multiple times over the last couple months trying to push appointments.
