“- the technician was constantly distracted by his phone; - they save money on moisturizing patches and instead isolate the lower lashes with tape; - a lot of missed lashes. For every one artificial lash there are 3 natural ones that are simply missed; - a lot of glued lashes. This is terrible, the technician does not care at all. This is a violation of technique; - on the very first evening about 6 lashes fell out without natural ones; - the eyes hurt even after several days, because the lashes are glued incorrectly. “Too much curler in my eyelashes. All my lashes fell out and I look like a monster. Also some weird guy kept coming in the entire appointment and coughing. Id ask "who's that?" And she'd look at aim and say "who?" And he'd leave for a bit. After my appointment the guy was waiting outside & let out this sigh of exasperation like I'd inconvinced him by taking too long? I asked what his problem was and he said "wouldnt you like to know" and kept nodding at me until I went to my car. He stared at me as I drove away.
