“I was referred to this clinic by Prairie Endodontist as I needed a regular dentist. I was very happy with my care by this clinic but since June 6th , I am very disappointed. This clinic has mishandled my disasterous dental care by what seems to be a fill in dentist who performed a root canal on me. I I had really bad tooth pain and I called for help but they initially told me to find a dentist in my own town but I went to them in wpg because I had bad experiences. I had been to them many times and for major work. I went to a walk in clinic where I live and they were going to do a root canal but told me Id feel it?! They did not put me on antibiotics and to date I dont know if I have an infection. I begged Revive to see me and got an appointment which I was told was a consultation but I ended up having a root canal. I am now left with a piece of dental file deep down in my root canal which can result in health issues including infections which I am prone to and have had to get onto IV antibiotics as a result as the regular ones dont tend to work. If you go to this office or any office for that matter, you shouldn't have to but you need to tell them you insist on INFORMED CONSENT at all times... if something happens you are told immediatly and given options. In my case , I should have been told my root to be worked on was curved which required a high level of skill and a careful approach .. I should have been sent to an endodontist. They skipped the consult that usually happens . I was not shown the x ray or told a thing other than my dentist told me to keep my tooth and get a root canal and passed me into some dentist who does not appear on their website. This dentist that worked on me was not forthright with how many root canals he had done but I TRUSTED Dr. Shettini and Revive. The procedure was rough compared to the others I'd had by an endodontist. They stopped about half way through and took x rays but said nothing .. disappeared for a bit and the vibe seemed off. They came back and told me they were filling the tooth. Im guessing they had a meeting and decided NOT TO TELL ME a file had busted in my root canal until the end. I was about to LEAVE and the dentist says he's going to now show me an x ray and pointed to a fair sized thing and said it was a piece of dental file I was stunned. He says this sometimes happens and shrugs it off - sends me to pay and then Im sent a review to do?! I held off on reviewing to see if the situation would be dealt with appropriately... From this point of the incident for the next couple of days the only person I dealt with was the receptionist / office manager who is great at her job but not a dentist. I asked for a refund which was granted but still has not happened. I asked to talk to my dentist or a dentist?! but was told no one was available. I told them I wanted this out and that they should cover costs and no answer. Lots of apologies but then I received an email from the owner who did not seem to take responsibility for this .. said they did their best .. well if that's your best,do better. Now I find out I was lied to .. I asked if time was of the essence to get this out and was told no .. which is false as I was just told by my endodontist at Prairie Endodontrists. I notified the endodontist right away as did Revive or so they said but he claims he knew zero today June 16th a week later. He tells me its no big deal - live with it and he doesn't even need to see me which is contrary to what Ive researched and been told by those I know in the dental field. I went to a dental surgeon in my home town who said the tooth should be extracted right away and I might lose the tooth next to it. Super. Another part of this is my life was HECTIC before this crap happened. I care give elderly parents. I cancelled an appointment for my parents in Wpg and I cancelled an important appointment for myself in Alberta in order to get dental help from Prairie Endodontist which is not happening. It takes a lot for me to get mad but I sure am now.”

“I made an appointment at Revive Dental with Dr. Shah to explore a Smile Design/Smile Make Over. I was pretty nervous and not even sure if what I wanted was something that could be done. Dr. Shah was amazing. He was very thorough, honest and took his time explaining my options. I also have to mention Candice, the office assistant.
