“Tiffanie and Linda make a great physio team. They are both admirable women who are passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I will certainly miss my appointments with Tiffanie as I found her to be professional, honest and easy to talk to. My recovery was made possible by this establishment and I will be using what I've been taught for many years to come. If life permits it, I'd like to pursue a career in kinesiology or physiotherapy because of these amazing people.”

“Love this gym. Very supportive staff, friendly and helpful. Taking really good precautions with Covid. Equipment is all in great shape, the gym is very open spaces and modern and clean. Large locker area, showers and steam room, private changing rooms. Physio is available, drink mixes and supplied such as bags and bottles. I feel very comfortable here, especially compared to larger chain gyms.”
