“My left ankle, particularly the Achilles tendon was quite hurting me, having issues walking! After evaluation, Adam at Rehab1 Fredericton, NB, has showed me some exercises for my ankle. On my way walking home, I already noticed improvement on my pain! I will continue doing exercises at home, following Adam's instructions! Adam is a friendly, knowledgeable person, looking forward to do more physiotherapy sessions with him! I highly recommend his physiotherapy services, you won't be disappointed!
