“I was at crossfit for physiotherapy (real life health) first time today, April 1st, 2026. I saw Stephanie, she was very professional, kind and respectful; she offered resolution to my issues and helped me get good range of motion on my shoulder. She also offered advice on what to do at home. I will see her again next week. I had a bad fall, partial tear of the bicep muscle along with pain in the ribs, the shoulder, the upper back.
