“Raven has been my massage therapist for at least two years. I usually see her every 8 weeks. In the last three months, she has not showed for two of our appointments. The first no-show happened in October and after I called and texted her, she said she double- booked herself as she also owns a bookstore and was meant to be there. The second no-show was December 20th. I had just celebrated my 50th birthday and this 90min massage was meant to be a gift to myself. I was so deeply hurt and disappointed that she didn't show up. I called and texted her and she said she had overslept and was ill and forgot to cancel our appointment. I don't like having my time wasted and need a massage therapist I can actually count on. I won't be using her anymore and I don't recommend her to new clients as my experiences with her in the last 3-4 months have been less than professional.”Lire la suiteRéduire
