“Following a funnily unfortunate incident involving my left knee and crocs, I was recommended physio. I quite frankly visited the Metro Monk location because it was the closest to where I live, but boy am I glad I did. I had a really great time there. Kelsey made me feel super comfortable throughout it all (and she's super funny to boot), a series of questions and movements to isolate the issue and determine its severity, then concocted a little training regimen for me to strengthen my knee back. “I was at PhysioGo from February 2023 to January 2024 for rehabilitation work due to two separate work injuries ( broken wrist and a muscle trauma from a concussion ). The staff were very professional and friendly ( we laughed a lot ) the atmosphere positive and encouraging, fellow clients inspiring. I am planning to follow up treatments on my own by using the services of the sports therapist to reconstruct a suitable personal fitness plan, and plan to use the services of the splendid massage therapist ( she did excellent deep tissue work on my back muscles without actually hurting me like some other supposed "deep tissue" therapists ).
